Outsource Your Editing
With Our Help, You’ll
Don’t Take Our Word For It
You’re Not the Only Pro
Our experts share hot takes and best practices alike on our blog.
Is This What You’re Wondering?
You start in the client area: set your default preferences, create a project with instructions for that wedding, and link or upload your footage. After you place the order, you can track its status and ETA. We send the first edit through Frame.io within 14 days for your review, where you can request revisions or approve it. Once approved, you download the final rendered videos and project files via Dropbox.
Your first draft arrives within 14 days from your start date. The clock starts once we have everything we need, including your footage and instructions. If you need it sooner, a 30% rush fee brings delivery down to 7 days. Adding your project to the “Upcoming Projects” section in the client area helps us reserve a slot and hit your deadline.
Yes! This is a cornerstone of our service. Before starting, we’ll ask you to submit details about your business, and style. We’ll also ask for instructions related to the specific project, and encourage you to include as many details as possible. After reviewing the questionnaires and studying the reference videos you submit, we’re confident that we can match your style.
Still, video editing is a creative process and our vision of a good wedding movie can be different from yours. That’s why we include revisions with every project.

A highlight film around 8 minutes follows our standard schedule: a first draft within 14 days from your start date, or 7 days with a 30% rush fee. The start date depends on availability, which tightens from July to December. Reserving your spot early in the client area keeps things moving.
Demand is highest from July to December, and during that stretch there can be a 1-3 week wait before editing begins, depending on the editing suite you use. Once your project starts, the 14-day first draft still applies. Adding upcoming weddings to the “Upcoming Projects” section helps us reserve resources and keep your delivery on track.
Your first project includes unlimited revisions, since that’s how we learn your style and get it right. Every project includes two rounds of revisions, and you can purchase more if you need them. Revisions are included within the 30 days after your first draft is delivered.
Your account manager stays the same and is your single point of contact. The editing itself is handled by our team rather than one fixed editor, but that doesn’t affect consistency: the editing team learns your style, preferences, and notes and applies them to every project, with team leads reviewing each cut before it reaches you. So your films stay on-brand even when more than one editor works on them.
You will pay for your order when it is placed. We accept debit and credit cards, and ACH bank transfers, using Stripe as our payment processor. You can download invoices after payment, and we are also happy to provide tax documents, if needed.
