Beginning of a year always brings a different kind of energy.

Things feel a little quieter. Slower. There’s more space to reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what we want to be more intentional about moving forward. At the start of every year, I try to pause and reset both personally and operationally inside Bride & Groom Video.

That reset always starts with listening.

Listening to the Filmmakers We Serve

Over the past few weeks, many of our clients took the time to fill out our annual feedback questionnaire. I read every single response carefully, and I want to say this clearly: I’m genuinely grateful for the honesty and trust behind them.

This kind of feedback matters. It’s how we make sure we’re not just moving fast, but moving in the right direction.

Our average score this year came in at 4.65. I’m proud of what that represents, but we’re not aiming for “good enough.” We’re always working toward a true 5-star experience.

Our Highest Ratings

The highest scores came in for two areas that matter deeply to us:

  • Communication
  • Our Client Area and overall workflow experience

We believe this is a direct reflection on the promise to our clients and how we view our partnership, one that makes us feel like a part of your team.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

After reading feedback, our goal hasn’t changed.

We want to deliver the kind of 5-star service that allows you to confidently deliver a 5-star experience to your couples. That means doing things well, consistently, and with intention, even during the busiest parts of the wedding season.

Our promise is simple:

To be the reliable post-production partner for wedding videographers by delivering consistent quality, predictable turnaround, and professional communication on every project, every time.

Planning Ahead for the 2026 Wedding Season

As we look ahead to the 2026 season, planning early is one of the biggest ways we can protect quality and turnaround times for everyone.

If you’re already booking weddings for 2026, we encourage you to add your dates to the Upcoming Projects section inside your Client Area. Sharing the dates you’ll be shooting and the type of editing you’ll need (video, photo, or both) helps us:

  • Map out fast turn arounds
  • Reserve editors who are the best fit for your style

This kind of proactive planning benefits everyone involved and allows us to stay consistent when it matters most.

Thank You for Being Part of This

If you’ve worked with us, shared feedback, or trusted us with your films, thank you. Bride & Groom Video continues to grow because of the filmmakers we get to partner with, and we don’t take that lightly.

Here’s to a more intentional year ahead.
