We’ve got big goals for your wedding videography business — not just to be your outsourced editors, but to take on your entire back office so that you can grow your business as big as you’ve always dreamt it could become.
Our Story
That work started in 2018 when we opened Bride&Groom.video and began our outsourced video editing service, was refined in 2023 as we launched our proprietary client area, and expanded in 2024 as we added on a photo editing service.
Our Plans
Up next, we’re working to add lead generation, CRM customization, website creation, and virtual assistant services to fully support you.

    Serge
    Baidin
    (he/him)

    You can call Serge a lot of things — devoted dad, process-obsessed, Ironman, or a website nerd — but bold is always at the top of the list. He’s never shy to call out when something isn’t working or suggest an innovative new solution, which is exactly how Bride&Groom.video was born. After hearing how his wedding videographer was struggling to balance shooting, editing, sales, and family time, resulting in Serge’s own wedding film being delivered two months later than promised, he had a lightbulb moment. What Serge lacks in hair, he makes up for in hustle. Since founding Bride&Groom.video in 2018, he’s been hard at work transforming our company into a fully outsourced back office for wedding videographers and photo-video teams.

    Olga is the most attentive and responsible person we know, which makes her role of shepherding goals across all of our teams fitting. She brings a background in sales, project management, and organization from her previous jobs to Bride&Groom.video, where she’s been responsible for implementing the company’s strategy since 2019. You can always rely on Olga to dive head first into a new learning opportunity, but where she really shines is in creating a new solution to our clients’ problems.

    Being the leader of a group of ambitious, goal-oriented account and onboarding managers can be a tough job, but not for Iryna. Determined and results-focused herself, Iryna has made a natural fit as the head of our customer care department since joining the team in 2022. People are at the center of her work — both in managing her own team, and also in serving our clients. She is an excellent communicator, an empathetic listener, and a devoted mentor to the Bride&Groom.video team.

    Petro
    Berestenko
    (he/him)

    Bride&Groom.video started with an editing team of one: Petro. He’s been with us since nearly the beginning, turning your wedding films into a polished final project. Today, he’s responsible for training and organizing a team of more than 50 video editors. He also studies the latest techniques and tools before teaching the team how to implement them — one of Petro’s favorite parts of his job. Mixing audio for clients is another favorite of his, which fits perfectly with his background in acoustic engineering.

    Ramil may be new to our team, having joined in 2023, but he’s certainly not new in the world of photography. With his design degree and 10 years of experience as a photographer and retoucher, he’s the perfect person to lead our expanding wedding photo editing department. Ramil loves the positivity of wedding photography, and feels a deep sense of responsibility to our clients and their couples alike to return final galleries full of emotion. His role with us is an ideal match for Ramil’s creativity and intentionality.
